Wholesale Property Maryland was founded after years of frustration with the traditional real estate process — slow closings, agent commissions, and deals that fell apart at the last minute. We knew there had to be a better way.
We started wholesaling properties in Baltimore City in 2015 and quickly expanded statewide. Today we source deals from every corner of Maryland — from the rowhouses of East Baltimore to the suburbs of Montgomery County and the waterfront communities of the Eastern Shore.
